You can call upon for your order to be cancelled if only at least one of these conditions are met:
The package was delivered unsealed or damaged. In this case, Sree Nellai Halwa will provide you with a 100% refund or will replace your order, as per your choice.
If any individual items packed in your order are found unsealed, we will replace or initiate refund for the unsealed or damaged packet of item alone.
If there are any issues with the condition in which the package was delivered to, or if in case the package wasn’t received at all for a prolonged time period, we will consider refund. This decision is purely ours and it will be based on the images or other proofs submitted by you.
Within a day of receiving the damaged or unsealed package, please drop in a mail or reach out to us on a call and let us know about the nature of your complaint. Provide us with images of your receipt, and images of the said package. The refund will be processed as soon as we get the images and other details. We will initiate refund via the same method you’d paid the order with in case of online ordering. Our aim is to make the online ordering process smooth and hassle free.
If you’d placed the order and you wish to cancel it, please understand – the order is subject to cancellation only if we haven’t yet shipped your order. Any cancellation request before we ship the said order can be taken into consideration, and not any other orders. If we agree to cancel the order, we will initiate 100% refund. Remember that highly customised, bulk orders are difficult to cancel at later stages of the order, and will not be encourage. In this case, the terms of cancellation and refund are highly contextual to that particular order.
